PILATES REFORMER

Improve muscular and postural strength.

A full body exercise system designed to improve posture, balance, and flexibility.  Exercises build deep core muscles to flatten the abdominals and correct imbalances that typically lead to back pain.  

PILATES REFORMER GROUP CLASSES
Enjoy all the benefits and fun of working out on the Reformer in a small group setting! Up to 5 participants per class. All group reformer participants must complete a Fundamentals and Group Reformer Basics class prior to joining group reformer classes.

Single Session: $25 
5 Classes: $99
10 Classes: $180
Unlimited Group Training: $135/month (includes all group reformer, TRX and CrossFit classes)

GROUP REFORMER FREE TRIAL
  • Last Tuesday of each month | 5:30 PM
  • Last Wednesday of each month | 11:00 AM
PILATES REFORMER PERSONAL TRAINING
Enjoy a tailored workout, one on one or in a small group with one of our certified and experienced Pilates trainers. Additional equipment such as Ladder Barrel, MVE Chair, and Tower may be incorporated.

Jumpstart Package (3 private 45 minute sessions): $150
