A strength training workout using every single muscle of your body while constantly engaging your core muscles.  A balance of strength, rotation balance, flexibility and mobility to not just make you stronger but to make you TRX strong!

(Re)define your workouts with this unique mix of rotational movement, core stabilization, power, strength, mobility and metabolic conditioning challenges!

The Rip Trainer employs an innovative resistance cord system to create a variable, unbalanced load that enables you to develop core strength and explosive power buy strengthening rotational and anti- rotational stabilizers. A great complimentary tool to enhance your TRX workout.

Build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance.  Small group personal training focusing on alignment and muscle engagement using TRX straps to assist or deepen a yoga practice. Includes safe exploration of arm balances and inversions.

These workouts move you from TRX station to station changing exercises without making TRX adjustments for less transition and recovery time for a great cardio and strength challenge!

45 - 60 minutes

Basic Training: $15 per person
Single Class: $15 per person
Flex Plan (10 classes): $110 per person
Unlimited Classes: $90 per month
