Small Group TrainingMAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS WITH GROUP TRAINING

Our trainers coach you to improve specific skills and help you reach your fitness goals.  As a valued member who is a group training participant, you have the added benefit of experiencing small group training and CrossFit at any of our participating locations in the YMCA of Greater Charlotte all for your $90 unlimited monthly draft or your 10 session flex pass. HOW WILL THE PROCESS WORK?

Participants are required to sign-in to classes through MindBody at least one hour prior to class start time. If you currently do not have access to MindBody or do not know how to sign-in, please contact your Program Coordinator and they will get you connected.

CrossFit Fundamentals is required for anyone interested in signing up for CrossFit classes. For individuals with previous CrossFit experience, contact the CrossFit director at one of our four CrossFit affiliates to potentially bypass CrossFit Fundamentals. **Group Pilates Reformer classes at the Sara’s YMCA are not included
