Sports & Fitness Day Camps
Our sports and fitness day camps help kids get an early start on an active and healthy lifestyle! Camps are designed to make exercise fun and to help young athletes move better, safer and more effectively. We offer a variety of sports camps for baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics and swimming — and even dance and cheerleading. All camps are led by well-trained and energetic counselors who are great with kids.
Fitness turns into fun for kids when they discover find their fit! Our fitness camps offer a wide variety of exercises - everything from CrossFit, to yoga, trail running to circuit training, and everything in between. Campers will start to discover what type of activity makes them happiest.
Encouraging an Active, Healthy Lifestyle after Camp Ends
Kids will love exploring all different sports and exercises including strength work, cardio, mobility and mindfulness. They’ll also learn about making nutrition choices to fuel their growing bodies and discover how nutrients from food impact physical activity and well-being.
