Martial arts is a general term for different traditions of combat practice that exist in many cultures around the world. These traditions teach a combination of self-defense, competition, mental discipline and personal development.

Our martial arts camps are designed to introduce the basic elements and fundamentals of martial arts. Campers will work on developing strength, balance, flexibility and self-defense in a fun and supportive environment that emphasizes character development and self-discipline. Kids learn basic blocks, punches, form and self-defense from a local martial arts professional. No colored belts or experience required.
