Enjoy energetic routines that jump-start cardio fitness to creative yet simplistic choreography and then add in exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant body weight. Each class brings its own unique challenges. Cardio portion may include Aerobics, Cycling, Dance, Kickbox, Step or a combination!
