About Total Strength for Seniors

Level: Basic

Especially for those 55 years and older. This strength training class uses varied equipment, such as dumbbells, stability balls, and resistance tubing while working to high-energy music. Taught at a level appropriate for Seniors, this challenging class will focus on elements important to those over 55 such as bone density loss, muscle strengthening and balance improvement.
