Aqua Tabata is a HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout in the water. Participants use maximal effort for 20 seconds and recover for 10 seconds for 8 rounds of work. Suspension and weights may also used in this class. This class is very much a work at your own intensity and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
