A higher intensity than the Water Cardio Fitness class. This class moves at a rapid pace and is designed to increase the heart rate and condition the whole body. It combines cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength and core abdominal work using the shallow end of the pool. Not recommended for beginners or women who are pregnant.
