This class combines stretching, non/low-impact cardio, muscle strengthening, flexibility and balance training. The focus is on movement as well as fellowship for individuals living with neuromuscular diseases.
• New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers.
• Alert your instructor of any injuries so they can provide modification options.
• Arrive a few minutes before class starts. You’ll feel more relaxed and gives you a chance to socialize.
