A life-hack, otherwise known as a “hack”, is not a quick-fix, it is a modified way of looking at things to help you reevaluate how you manage your time and daily activities in a more efficient way.  With our Weight Loss Hacks we’ll teach you new strategies to conquer weight loss and/or improve your healthy lifestyle habits one step at a time!  Weight loss, is not a simple approach of "if I eat healthy I'll loose weight.  It takes a balanced lifestyle approach to achieve your weight loss ) to add the class to your phone or desktop calendar such as Outlook or Google Calendar.

Plan on arriving fifteen minutes before the start of the class.
