• Get Onboarded: meet with a coach, create your smart profile, receive your EGYM wristband
• Train Smart: tap your band, let machines auto-adjust, follow your personalized plan
• Track Progress (via YCLT+ app)
Do You Know Your BioAge?
Your coach will help determine your EGYM BioAge through strength and cardio assessments. Your BioAge shows how your fitness compares to typical values for your age group and it’s one of the easiest ways to track your progress and improvements over time.

Any active YMCA member who is at least 10 years old and 4’10” after onboarding.
Purchase your EGYM onboarding session by 12/31/25 to get a simplified session for FREE. After 12/31/25, the EGYM onboarding session costs $50. The onboarding session includes:
- EGYM smart band with access to the EGYM Smart Strength Circuit
- Personalized Fitness Goals
- INBODY composition scan
- Smart Cardio
- Workout data
- Monthly challenges
A typical full-body workout takes 20–30 minutes.
This smart equipment automatically sets resistance and adjusts to your body and goals. Progress is monitored through the YCLT+ app.
