MORE THAN A BABYSITTING SERVICE

Giving parents and caregivers up to 2 FREE hours of childcare daily, Y Kids is one of the most popular membership benefits. More than a babysitting service, Y Kids is drop-in childcare that is playful, engaging, and socializing. 

Parents and caregivers must remain on-site for this service, which allows adult members to exercise or just plain relax while their children have fun and make friends, all under the supervision of our caring staff. Please note that Y Kids is not licensed or regulated by NCDHHS. Based on state guidelines regarding unlicensed childcare, children are not able to use Y Kids if they have already participated in other YMCA childcare programs for 4 hours on the same day.
