Whether you miss suiting up or you’re new to team sports, Y sports leagues provide a perfect opportunity for adults to be active, social and connect with a sport you love. The Y fosters connections with new and old friends through fitness, sports, fun and shared interests.

If you want to do more than just shoot hoops, try recreational basketball at the Y. Our rec league allows you to meet new people, enjoy a little healthy competition on the court, improve your game and get a good workout. If you love the game, you'll feel right at home at the Y!

Down, set, hut! Join other fitness-focused adults for fun, fellowship and the game you love (minus the full contact). Beginners and seasoned athletes wanted. Play fast-paced flag football but go easy on your joints with this no-tackle option.

Enjoy playing football, but don't want full contact? This program is an outlet for flag football players who want to experience more competitive play with league standings and playoffs. You'll take your game to a new level through organized games and meet new people, too.

It’s not just for 5 year olds anymore. If you still have a little competitive edge, grab some friends and enjoy the social sport of kickball.

Martial arts is a general term for different traditions of combat practice that exist in many cultures around the world. These traditions teach a combination of self-defense, competition, mental discipline and personal development. Martial arts classes at the Y consist of warm-up stretches, kicking, forms, cool-down stretches and meditation.

Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines badminton, tennis and table tennis. The court dimensions are the same as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net but mounted two inches lower.

Racquetball is a mentally and physically challenging game for all ages! It is simple to learn, can be played with minimal equipment, and improves your agility and stamina. Because it's an indoor sport, it is not dependent on weather or season and can be picked up at any time. No experience necessary to learn how to play this energizing and enjoyable game.

Roller hockey is a thrilling, fast-paced and physical activity for anyone who wants to try something different. Played at our outdoor hockey rink, you'll improve your skating, puck control, passing and shooting skills, and develop the coordination needed to master this fun variation of a traditional sport.

Can you "dig" it? Experience the sets, spikes and thrills of volleyball combined with the aerobic challenges of playing on sand! You'll compete on our pristine court and practice the serving, passing, spiking, setting and team strategy this sport requires.

Soccer’s global popularity is no accident – it’s fun, easy to learn and accessible to all. The Y offers both recreational and competitive leagues for all ages and skill levels, providing a healthy, fun environment to enjoy the physical benefits and camaraderie of this exciting game.

Soccer is a magnet for adults ready to put their endurance and skills to work in competitive matches. Organized teams rediscover that true determination and game-time adrenaline that doesn't disappear with childhood.

Hey, batter! At the Y, we offer plenty of fun and fellowship in our recreational softball leagues for both seasoned and inexperienced players. If you are looking for a social and athletic outlet, softball is a fun, team building sport for men and women of all ages. Come play ball with us!

Come play volleyball where it all started - the Y! Since 1895, the Y has been serving up fun and fellowship. Whether you're a setter, hitter or passer, the more you play, the more you improve. Make new friends and learn valuable lessons about teamwork and communication, on and off the court.

Learn the art of dance at any age or ability level. Students experience an intense yet fun way to exercise through warm-up, floor work and dance combinations. Dancing also helps improve posture and body control.
