May is Mental Health Awareness Month. 🧠💭 At the Y, we strive to strengthen community in spirit, mind & body. A vital component to building strong communities, families & individuals is to support mental health & wellness.
Take time this month to consider what you need to support your mental health. Small actions like incorporating regular self-care, physical activity, technology-free time, & connecting with loved ones can go a long way in supporting overall well-being.

Congratulations Kevin Dean on your retirement! Thank you for over 40 years of service to the YMCA of Greater Charlotte.
Kevin says, “When this journey began I had no clue that the Y might be a career. It was a job. Along the way it became apparent that it was more than that, it was God’s plan. And it’s been rewarding beyond words. Thanks be to Him for allowing me to serve at the YMCA.”
