Choose from a diverse selection of on demand classes led by professional YMCA instructors. Each day, a different class will be emailed to you. Each class ranges from short 2-minute videos to almost thirty minutes and offers a great way to keep you active. Let’s get moving!

- Yoga & Stretching - Stretch from head to go to gain flexibility and increase balance with this yoga and stretching series. Lean in and breathe deep! (7 classes)
- Bootcamp Basics – Work your whole body in this series of short, but high-energy strength training workouts featuring cardio, core, and upper/lower body exercises. (7 classes)
- Silver Circuit - A mix of tai chi and lighter aerobics, this series features gentle exercises designed to improve balance and strength for active older adults. (8 classes)
- Powerlifting Form – Improve your form for the Bench Press, Squat Clean, Split Jerk, Hang Clean, Conventional Deadlift, and Sumo Deadlift with this series of short instructional videos. (7 classes)
