Class Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so your instructor can give you some pointers and to allow your instructor to properly fit your bike.
  • Alert your instructor of any injuries so they can provide modification options. 
  • Relax your grip and maintain good upright posture.

High Intensity

If you are looking to effectively train every part of your body in every way this is the class for you! A great combination of cardiovascular training with the indoor cycle plus a variety of strength training movements to train your  body in all different directions with strength training exercises!  Cycle/strength combinations come in a variety of interval styles!
