  • New to class? Arrive a little early so your instructor can give you some pointers.

This creative class combines conditioning style moves such as push-ups and squats with dance moves. Come prepared to do a little work and a little dancing. You will dance AND sweat while you have a great time!

In this class you will learn a variety of line dances. It's a fun, stress relieving and very social way to exercise. Line dancing is also a way for you to dance alone and not feel self-conscious. After this line dancing lesson, you will be ready to show off your moves at any wedding reception or large gathering.
