Dance classes are fun and challenging workouts. These low and medium intensity exercise classes are specifically designed to tone muscles, develop core strength, and increase balance.

Class Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so your instructor can give you some pointers.
  • Alert your instructor of any injuries so they can provide modification options.

A variety of dance formats with high energy music that will burn big calories and make your workout fun! This is for all fitness levels. Hip Hop exercise class is a dance-based cardio class designed to get you moving to a variety of hip hop songs. In this class you will sweat out your stress with fun hip hop moves. You'll use dance to strengthen and sculpt your body all while having fun!

In this class you will learn a variety of line dances. It's a fun, stress relieving and very social way to exercise. Line dancing is also a way for you to dance alone and not feel self-conscious. After this line dancing lesson, you will be ready to show off your moves at any wedding reception or large gathering.

This class is a people-inspired dance fitness program. We combine explosive dance and toning moves with upbeat music for a fun, high energy workout experience. Join the party!

SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all-abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. SHiNE is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community.

WERQ is the wildly addictive dance class based on the hottest Pop and Hip Hop music.  The workout is nonstop with athletic moves and fresh dance steps.  WERQ instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting Pop and Hip Hop music.  Each week a couple new routines are introduced, so you get to WERQ the routines you know and challenge yourself with ones you're learning.

The Zumba® class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. You will achieve long term benefits while experiencing calorie burning, body energizing, and awe inspiring movements. The routines feature interval training, using fast and slow rhythms to tone your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®.
