We incorporate equipment like TRX, Kettlebells, Plyo-Boxes, Olympic lifting and bodyweight exercises to increase calorie expenditure and build muscles. A functional training benefit includes increasing your metabolic rate from between 10% to 25% for up to 48 hours.
