This high intensity sports conditioning class combines skills and drills that will challenge your inner athlete by focusing on the 6 essential athlete goals: strength, speed, power, agility, endurance and muscular balance. Strength and power work is achieved utilizing a variety of equipment for challenge; cardio portion may include plyometric work and running. Class portions likely to go outside if weather permits.
