Focusing on only two areas, this class is power packed! Biceps, triceps, shoulders and forearms are targeted in any given class using a variety of equipment. This class also has hit ‘em hard abdominal work using mainly your own body weight.

If you are looking to effectively train every part of your body this is the class for you! A great combination of cardiovascular training with the indoor cycle plus a variety of strength training movements. This circuit involves a combination of indoor cycle cardio drills, body weight strength and functional training introducing the TRX suspension trainer.
Focusing on only two primary muscle groups, this class is power packed! We’ll concentrate on the gluteus (maximus, medius & minimus) along with the supporting team members of the upper thighs to help you build and define powerfully strong and functional muscles! Then we’ll take an exploratory journey through the complex layers of the trunk (oblique’s, abdominis and spinal muscles) for a beautifully balanced torso that not only provides a trim waistline but also reduces the risk of injury in everyday activities. Great for those just getting started on their fitness journey and those wanting a more detailed understanding into the recruitment and activation of these core muscles.

High intensity interval training, or HIIT training is an exciting workout that offers an aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance and fat burning exercises that will push you to your limits. The HIIT cardio routine alternates between intense bursts of multiple cardiovascular challenging activities with brief transitions *Modifications available.
What is interval training? A challenging class using a unique blend of aerobic & muscular endurance training. You’ll alternate between higher intensity cardiovascular drills and complimentary muscular endurance exercises for the ultimate two-in-one workout! Your instructor will lead you through this total body workout using a variety of strength equipment and your own body strength. No previous experience required. Modification options will be provided upon request.
