Focusing on only two primary muscle groups, this class is power packed! We’ll concentrate on the gluteus (maximus, medius & minimus) along with the supporting team members of the upper thighs to help you build and define powerfully strong and functional muscles! Then we’ll take an exploratory journey through the complex layers of the trunk (oblique’s, abdominis and spinal muscles) for a beautifully balanced torso that not only provides a trim waistline but also reduces the risk of injury in everyday activities. Great for those just getting started on their fitness journey and those wanting a more detailed understanding into the recruitment and activation of these core muscles.
