Yoga for weightlifters is a class designed to bridge the gap between yoga and weightlifting. This unique yoga class focuses on mobility in a way that intentionally complements weightlifting techniques. We’ll warm up the body with a yoga flow to increase core body temperature, increase flexibility and lubricate the joints and end with passive stretches to center and ground the body. We’ll concentrate predominantly on the mobility of the ankles, hips, spine and shoulders while developing end-range strength.
