How will the process work?
Participants are required to sign-in to classes through MindBody at least one hour prior to class start time. If you currently do not have access to MindBody or do not know how to sign-in, please contact your Program Coordinator and they will get you connected.
CrossFit Fundamentals is required for anyone interested in signing up for CrossFit classes. For individuals with previous CrossFit experience, contact the CrossFit director at one of our four CrossFit affiliates to potentially bypass CrossFit Fundamentals.
