Take your Pilates workout to the next level! This advanced pilates workout class will incorporate advanced exercises as the base workout with modifications given as the option. A basic understanding of the Pilates method is recommended.
Practice Ballet positions and movements through skills and drills. Learn ballet routines to perform in a class setting. No previous experience required.

Barre class includes toning and muscle endurance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes and thighs. A basic understanding of the Barre method is recommended.
This class teaches the basic fundamentals of Barre, a non-impact class that is designed to strengthen, tone and balance the entire body utilizing the ballet barre, light weights, bands and barre core balls. Barre class includes toning and muscle endurance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes and thighs.
The booty barre workout class is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre training is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
Core exercise and core strengthening programs are important for your health. It's not enough to just do ab crunches and sit ups. To build a strong core you need to exercise a variety of muscles, from your hips to your shoulders. A dynamic, full body workout that combines standing, floor and barre exercises in one class. Respectful to the body, yet challenging - essentrics barre workouts help to unlock and stretch the deep muscles of the spine, hips, hamstrings and quads, in order to relieve pain and permit full range of motion.
Group Core is a 30-minute athletic and functional core strength workout. It strengthens everything from your shoulders to your hips to make you stronger, quicker, and faster in all you do. In addition, strengthening your core can reduce back pain and give you great looking abs! It’s quick, challenging and like nothing else.

Pilates is a unique workout that focuses on core stability and places emphasis on breathing and quality of form. The exercises featured in the Pilates studio are designed to improve strength, flexibility and range of motion without adding bulk. This class is designed for Pilates beginners and those new to Pilates.

These instructors will support the lead instructor to bring their class plan to life by providing modifications to exercises.
