Fitness is a splash with Aqua Zumba, our invigorating, low-impact aquatic exercise classes. Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba classes blend it all into a workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Aquatic Blast is a high intensity workout that moves at a rapid pace and is designed to increase the heart rate. This blast exercise combines cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength and toning with core abdominal work. Not recommended for beginners or pregnant women.
This class is designed to increase the heart rate and condition the whole body. It combines cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength and core abdominal work utilizing both the shallow and deep end of the pool.

A higher intensity than the Water Cardio Fitness class. It combines cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength and core abdominal work utilizing the deep end of the pool. Not recommended for beginners or women who are pregnant.
In this hydro fitness class, the resistance of the water makes the workout feel intense while the water cushions you from the impact. It reduces stress on joints and muscles and can give you muscle tone while reducing body fat. This is a good class for all ages and great for runners, cyclists, injuries, osteoporosis and fibromyalgia.

This shallow water class, co-developed with Arthritis Foundation and the YMCA of the USA, is geared towards our active older adults and designed for those living with the challenges of arthritis. The focus is to help improve mobility and pain by strengthening muscles and improving joint flexibility and range of motion. Arthritis water exercises are performed in water depth that is comfortable and allows you to maintain balance while exercising.
This class combines cardiovascular training with basic movements, power drills, and water movements using a variety of training tools, including noodles, water weights and kickboards. Check the schedule for an athletic classes near you!
A lighter version of our Water Cardio Fitness class with low impact on joints. This basic cardio lite class is designed to challenge you with emphasis on longer stretches and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Water walking is an easy, effective, low-impact exercise. Brisk water walking can provide an excellent aerobic workout. Water provides more resistance than air, so you’re strengthening and building muscle as you water walk. Check the schedule for a water walking class near you!
