In Group Power 101 we'll review the basic structure of the Group Power workout and review some of the more challenging moves so you are ready to take on Group Power with confidence! Great for beginners who want to prepare for an upcoming class or for regular attendees that want to improve their form or learn some beneficial modification options.
*Bring a Mat/Towel. Mats may not be available. *Make sure you book your spot in both 101 & Group Power if you plan to attend the subsequent class. Registration to 101 does not guarantee your spot in Group Power.
