In this practice you will flow from one posture to the next coordinating movement with breath. It is a dynamic practice, with swift transitions so you won't linger long in the Vinyasa yoga poses. Vinyasa yoga benefits both the body and mind. The intention is to build heat, detoxify the body, balance strength and flexibility, while cultivating mindfulness. This Vinyasa practice is performed in a heated room 80-85°F but body temperatures will continue to heat the studio. Personal yoga mat required.
